On 3/23/09 Local said... They give pretty good haircuts, but they are very unfriendly and not always professional. Sometimes it felt like I was intruding when I came in to ask for an appointment. Also had a couple of experiences when they missed the appointment altogether. So if you're looking for a good cut and dry, they are a good place to try. But for basic customer service they are seriously lacking.
